The Pixelitis Podcast Ep. 8 – USE THE BLOCK BUTTON, PAT!

With EVO 2012 officially over, most of us unwashed plebs can go back to not really understanding fighting games. Yet for a while there, the fighting game community was talking about Ultra combos and crossups like seasoned veterans.

If there’s one thing that can be said about EVO in Las Vegas, it’s that it brings out the competition in people, which prompted Andrew Martins to flex nuts and challenge Patrick Kulikowski to Mortal Kombat on the Vita.

The two kombatants were joined by Jamie Young, who dislikes fighting games entirely and had to endure them yammering on about them.

Regardless, the trio did manage to discuss some of the latest goings on in the gaming world.

Will there be snarkiness? You better believe it.

(Much to Andrew’s chagrin, Pat did eventually use block in MK9. Eff Johnny Cage.)
