PSLS: There are two conundrums this week – Quantum Conundrum, and then the “confusing or difficult problem” that PlayStation Vita owners are facing – which is that they have nothing new to play this week, outside of some DLC for Gravity Rush. Luckily, though, Sound Shapes‘ release date is now under a month away, and is sure to be one of the best games available on the PS Vita. In the meantime, stick with your PS3 as there’s plenty of new content to go around.
But seriously, people are going to be shocked when they see how good Sound Shapes really is.
Awesome.
Might have to buy this for the nostalgia.
... when you consider more and more games for phones and tablets are being released for less than a dollar, while getting better and better, it's just a matter of time before downloadables games for consoles/handhelds will have to compete.
I'm sure developers are already seeing a difference in sales between a good game being released on PSN/XBLA for 15 bucks (for example Spelunky on XBLA for 1200msp), or a good game being released for 10 bucks (for example Fez for 800msp on XBLA).
(it's a Japanese site so you'll need a translator)

Sound Shapes and LittleBigPlanet PS Vita are both day 1 for me. Can't wait to get my hands on them.
I'll get Mickey Mania too since it's David Jaffe's first game.

Where's my Suikoden II?
Just in case you're interested, but didn't want to drop $15 for a game with no demo.
I love my Vita. I'm still enjoying Gravity Rush, MLB 12: The Show, Wipeout 2048, Motorstorm RC, and Escape Plan. Also, PSP games like Loco Roco 2, Star Wars Battlefront II, Splinter Cell: Essentials, Little Big Planet, and Lunar: Silver Star Harmony. Also also... minis like Where Is My Heart?, Rumble Trucks, and Doodle Fit.
However...
I get a little anxious when I see less and less new games announced for the system. I trust you, Sony. I gave you thousands of dollars already this year. Don't let me down. :/
