Resident Evil 6 First Commercial Spot

Capcom began airing a first commercial for Resident Evil 6 today. The spot, which will air from today through the 22nd in the Tokyo, Tokai and Kansai areas, is meant to portray the feeling of "fear" offered by RE6.

I'm surprised they are advertising this game so early since it's release isn't like 3 months away or so. I've seen so many commercials for it already I was really surprised when I saw it seeing it wont release in october and it's barely july.

Yes I understand they want money but to advertise a game 3 months before it's release via TV really can't be that cheap so. I don't even think Call of Duty advertises that far away from it's release. That's why I was surprised I thought it came out sooner than it did but nope still in October.

RE6 has been on UK TV for over a month now as it sponsers the Walking Dead season 2 on channel 5.
