OXM - Now that we've got most of Skyrim nailed, it's time to start looking at the next open-world RPG on the horizon. Fallout 4 hasn't been announced, but it remains as inevitable as the next Call of Duty game. We've poured more hours than we'd like to admit into the Fallout series, which theoretically puts us in a good position to start loudly shouting about what we want to see next. On that note, here's our wishlist for Fallout 4.
... but I really want the next game to also have the freedom to kill ALL NPC's, and not just the adults.
I hate censorship, and not allowing my character to kill the kids IS PC censorship.
I want it
,
Please either wait for new consoles and do it on those or build a brand new engine. Maybe use latest update of skyrim engine
other than that FO is one of the best games
What are you on about? You do realize that Fall Out is a post apocalyptic game right.
Secondarily, I'd like to see more cities and towns (I'm pretty sure Fallout 1's Junktown, 120 years before Fallout 3, had more occupants than Megaton and Rivet City), better writing, more dialog choices (that reward you with more dialog and information, not just a quick tangible payoff to push you on your way), and characters that are more fleshed out. I fully agree with the author's exploitation and "atmosphere of risk" suggestions.
So, yes, Fallout 4 has to have some vehicles that work in order to be coherent and with a minimum of realism. Modern times have vehicles, it simply can' t be that ALL of them are broken.
It's up to developers to make it work correctly with this feature and give you enough reason to get off a car and exploring by feet.
A solution could be this: cars are not built to travel on rough terrain and then deteriorate so rapidly that no player would really use a car to explore land outside the paved areas. Besides, in an area hit by a nuclear catastrophe the roads are not good or even interrupted, this will limit the abuse of the use of a car for the pure exploration.
I don' t see big problems to implement cars in Fallout 4, there are some good and realistic solution.
In fact, I'd say that if they don' t give us drivable car/cars it' s because they are lazy, nothing less nothing more.
As long there´s various hazards of doing so like minefields, high radiation, raider/mercs with heat seeking rocket lanchers and such.
Not to mention you would only have to carry a single gas can for each trip so that you couldnt go very far.
they need to say forget elder scrolls mmo there is already world of warcraft there is no good shooter mmo. make it huge and how u really creat the world with ur own fractions with ur friends. take over other ppls land. o and make each character 10 cents and everytime u kill someone u get 9 of the cents. make it a lil more interesting.
