The news came at a developer session at the Rezzed PC and indie games expo in Brighton helmed by James Russell, the lead designer at Creative Assembly.
However, Russell only briefly touched upon it stating that their console team was working on it before saying that he couldn't go into detail at this time.
The Total War franchise is my favourite RTS of all time and i still own Rome: Total war 1 (Bought it on Release). So much re-playability in the Total war games!
I tried to like it, but the more I played it the more I saw negative parts of it. The biggest thing that killed that game for me was camera auto lock during combat, it was way too forceful, to the point where if I play as alien or predator my head would go between my legs and arm pit because game couldn't figure out wtf I wanted to do and kept dragging me with my enemies. Don't even get me started on "stealth kills" that Rebellion tried to fix but never really did, bunch of bullshit with both the mechanic and the scoring. It was a failure as a game from beginning till end, only hardcore AvP fans where able to enjoy it little longer than everyone else.
