Console XP: Devil May Cry HD Collection Review

Raymond McCrum wrote: "A title like that would lead you to believe you’re getting high definition renditions of the DMC PS2 Trilogy, and you’d be right… half right.

For whatever reason the FMV and menus appear to display in standard definition and sometimes even 4:3. It’s not the biggest deal, but is very noticeable and gives the game an inconsistent and somewhat cheap presentation. The FMV now sticks out like a sore thumb and the audio is pretty poor during these scenes as well. I actually had to turn up the volume several times for the FMV to match the audio level of the gameplay, and then back down again when the gameplay started back up. My personal theory is that the FMV was compressed to all hell to fit on the single DVD. 3 entire DMC games on one DVD does seem like a pretty big achievement." (Devil May Cry HD Collection, PS3, Xbox 360) 7.0/10

What about the ps3 version. It shouldn't suffer from those issues right?
