Just like every other year, this fall will be loaded with blockbuster releases, most of which are sequels such as Halo 4, Assassin’s Creed III, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. Each of these games will continue to be over-hyped, release an unnecessary amount of trailers, and offer merchandiser-specific pre-order bonuses. Being someone that fits the poor college student stereotype, Chris from the D Pad D Bags only have so much money for gaming and Chris has already decided where that money is going: Borderlands 2.
Halo 4
Borderlands 2
Black ops 2
Assassins creed 3
And some more I can't think of right now plus the vita versions and Pokemon black version 2 comes out October 17th also. Jeeze so many all cramed together.
I've given up on all franchises that have annual releases, that means CoD, AC, EA Sports Games (which tend to suck though) and many others.
When a franchise becomes annual that often means that the publisher is VERY greedy and most of the time there's nothing in the previous game that can't be patched to make it have the features the new one has, if any.
It's ok to release every 2 years, or 3, to update graphics, but annual is just plain greedy.
Why not just buy both of them and judging games on leaked information is clearly the logical thing to do right? Right.
