I know I've found myself yelling over Xbox Live and stopping because I said something over the line. It's werid how you can get so into something that you don't realize what you're actually doing.

Not to get all freshman psychology on you but I think it has something to do with our ID. It's all endorphins and misPlaced anger and we don't realize what is happening till long after the damage is done.
