Game is amazing by the way. Even for a beta.
This is going to turn out to be a fantastic game.
I don't get much of the outside stuff to the gameplay at the moment, all the shop stuff is confusing as hell. What actually means anything? From what I was reading every gun you buy counts and such, but so far I've seen none of that depleting?
Gameplay wise though there's a lot to soak in and really get around, however it's enjoyable at a base level which is what you really need in order to get into something deeper later on.
Would be nice to get a different map though as the layout isn't great.
For mine the game is a mix of MAG and Battlefield (haven't personally played Mass Effect yet).
I like the game, it reminds me of Killzone 2 and Battlefield.
The real matches are not included yet. Probably it will take weeks or months to merge the beta in the Tranquility server, after that we can interact with EVE players, the conquest will begin when they include battles in Null sec and low sec planets and contracts created by capsuleers.
Graphically it is kinda muddy but that is expected from a beta. The game runs pretty well & it can be really fun. There is a learning curve in setting up your merc but once you get the hang of it, it is straight forward.
It's definitely not for everyone though. It can be tough to actually get into it, it's not like a standard FPS where you pick/unlock your load out by level and are good to go, you have to buy the better guns with in game currency and die once, you lose them. The controls can feel sluggish (to anyone who hated Killzone 2, it's even "worse") and there's no auto aim or assists, it's a big boy FPS.
Iv heard you cant sprint, melee or aim down the sites? Is that true or not?

Just got mine from your method.
Played game, select sp - keep skipping your go(it's quick:) watch all vids(they are short) goto kiosk and get your instant key. got mine and downloading now.
Heard it's suppose to be larger in the full game though
Usually every major update is preceded by a wipe.
