Friday Five: Games that could have used their own Extended Cut

By: Kyle Orr

Mass Effect 3 is a great game but the ending left many fans with a sour taste in their mouths. After hearing the large amount of complaints, Bioware decided to release the Extended Cut DLC this past week which added a new epilogue to the game. The Extended Cut aims to alleviate many of the problems with the original ending and certainly wraps up the game a bit better.

Whether you agree or disagree with Bioware bending to the will of Mass Effect fans, it’s hard to say that Mass Effect 3 isn’t a better game without it. That’s why this week’s Friday Five is going to be spent looking at some other games that could have been helped with a little ending revision of their own. (DLC, PS3, Xbox 360)

Killzone 3 could have used one imo.

Prince. Of. Persia.

Ugh I still get annoyed when I think about how we never got a sequel. Or at the very least dlc.
