Spec Ops: The Line Review | Gamer Sector

Spec Ops: The Line is one hell of a good third person shooter, there's really just no better way to open this review. While gameplay systems are very standard, it has one of the best storylines that I have ever seen a third person shooter. | (PC, PS3, Spec Ops: The Line, Xbox 360) 4/5

scores are too high.

i loved how crappy the old spec ops games were, they were un finished, bad, ugly to look at and hilariously bad......

now its just a good shooter...meh. Specops green beret was hilarious, once i played it i bought the rest of the games. so much good badness!

oh well, hoping this game sucked was asking too much

I agree! I remember the PS1 days of Spec Ops. Those were the worst games I ever played on PS1 and now Spec Ops continues that streak with having the worst games on PS2 and PS3. Just bury the series already please.

The online side of the game is awful.

Ordered this from amazon yesterday after playing the demo. Seeing as how zipper shit the bed with socom 4, and confrontation filled with cheating douchebags I thought I'd give this a go. Demo reminded me of a socom/army of two mix. Hopefully the online is not too bad.
