The Last of Us: Interview With Creative Director Neil Druckmann and Game Director Bruce Straley

It’s a rare occasion these days to find a game that isn’t a copycat or a sequel of a previous title. True, unique IPs are a phenomenon that seems to be diminishing, and truth be told, it’s simply a risky endeavor in today’s market. However, every now and then a game pops up that just makes people say “Wow”.

To say that The Last of Us has taken the gaming world by storm is somewhat of an understatement. Naughty Dog has recently had great success with the Uncharted franchise, using a blend of fantastic storytelling, big Hollywood-like set designs and a character focused narrative that delivers one of the best gaming experiences in recent memory. This approach seems to continue with The Last of Us.

ND is owned by Sony, all their IP's are owned by Sony as well. You'll never see a ND game in any other platform besides a Sony platform.

What's irrational is you expecting a game that will never be on another platform, no matter how hard you petition, to be on one.

Either buy a PS3 or don't get the game. It's that simple.

OT: Gotta credit Sony so much with this project! The fact that there are even any petitions, regardless of how ridiculous they are, speaks volumes about how much this game will impact the industry and change the survival action genre forever.

Not happening, ND are owned wholly by Sony Computer Entertainment, so not happening. (BTW, in case you didn't know, SOE is half-owned by SCE, the other half is Sony Pictures Digital, thus all the PC activity ever since. PLUS, Studio Liverpool was wholly owned in 1999, thus explaining all games before Wipeout 3 being multiplat).
