"EA stated that Battlefield 3 had "taken significant market share" from Call of Duty."

Yea because it was in competition with MW3. Not BO2. Treyarch is the better developer for the COD franchise.

Coming from EA, it is just another BS. EA uses number of units 'shipped' while Activision uses 'sold'.
