In an interview with AusGamers, Arkane Studios' Harvey Smith reveals that the team has separate teams working closely on each platform to ensure the best experience across the board and also chimes in on disc-locked DLC, saying Dishonored has none, and anything you see post-release will be made after the game has shipped.
"So, post-release, all I can say is that anything we do for post-release, will be done post-release," he told AusGamers. "It’s not that there’s content in the game that we unlock to sell you later. We would move on to working on new things to put into the game."
"Ummm, waiter? Can I have a pinch of salt with my bullshit please?".
'Dishonored is an upcoming first-person Neo-Victorian/steampunk stealth action video game being developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is scheduled to be released in October 2012 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 .[2]'
We can only hope it' s true.
