Zombies "not the major focus" of Dead State, "really just an excuse" to end world

DoubleBear's Dead State Kickstarter project is well on its way to being funded as it's now less than $20k away from reaching the $150k goal. It's a turn-based survival RPG.

The zombies though aren't really the main obstacle, they were just a means to an end; the end of the world, and let the team develop an "interesting combat mechanic".
