Lost Planet 3 interview discusses third-party developer collaboration, dynamic weather and more

Oliver at El33tonline writes:

"Following our preview of Lost Planet 3 at E3 2012 we attended a more in-depth presentation for Spark Unlimited’s action adventure game presented by Capcom’s Andrew Szymanski, while also in the presence of Spark’s Matt Sophos as well as series steward, Kenji Oguro from Capcom.

After the presentation, we had the chance to discuss third-party developer collaboration experiences and lessons learned from the past, the dynamic weather system of Lost Planet 3, and much more." (Capcom, E3, Lost Planet 3, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

From what I saw, and judging by your pattern of love/hate, you're going to love Lost Planet 3 ;)

Back to basics singleplayer with a focus on the story, with multiplayer included as a separate offering. MetroidVania elements seem to be included, too, with the option to explore areas at will and return to previous environments to reach previously gated areas (completely optional).

I came away super impressed with Lost Planet 3 - so solid.

no 2 just felt like COD :/ whereas number 1 u had to limit your time outdoors or you would freeze to death and no 1 was insainly hard i had diffidently on normal :/ and i loved that challenging aspect of how hard it was, and yes so far what i have seen looks good i just hope it doesnt feel like COD and it's back to the original feel, you know you have had enough of a game when u stop playing other games that "feel" like cod lol
