Battlefield 3 has arrived in October 2011 bringing in the views of a first-person shooter type of conflict even more intense and spectacular than the spin-off Bad Company 2, and over time, in a series of corrective patch, beginning to undermine the throne Call of Duty. To achieve a breakthrough and bring the title to a higher level, DICE has introduced June 4, 2012 Premium, the service similar to a Season Pass, and Close Quarters, the first of a new series of additional content after the Return to Karkand already landed on concole and PC.

The announcement, anticipated by various rumors and information disclosed in advance, took place during the conference from the stage of the Electronic Arts E3 2012 where the Swedish team has announced details of the premium service. The maps suck. DICE betrayed its devout fan base that has been with them since BF1942. When the fanbase asked for close quarters maps we expected urban maps like Gulf of Oman, Karkand or Sharqi not these, nor Operation MeatGrinder, Sienne or Grand Bazaar.

BF2 was perfect, but they sold out to attract the COD kiddies and those with ADD
