E3: New Details for Dead or Alive 5

Arcee "New to DOA 5 is the ability to use Holds to keep your opponent in place while you lay a beat down on them. While in a hold position it may even be possible to do a Power Blow on your opponent, sending them flying into the Danger Zone areas of the Blockbuster Stages found in the game. Taking advantage of all three fighting strategies as well as mastering the fighting mechanics of DOA 5 will definitely help any player make the most of the game." (Dead or Alive 5, E3, PS3, Xbox 360)

This game looks sweet.. I still own the collection on my old xbox, DOA4 on 360, & even dimensions on 3DS.. This is a day 1 purchase for me but only if it scores well.. Its looking to be a great game so far but after seeing what team ninja did with ninja gaiden 3, ima be careful before diving in.. The main dude (i forgot his name ;( )left so i hope this turns out well

I only like DOA when it's a fighting game so I'm not sure what this is supposed to be. Everytime a "power blow" happens they completely take you out of the experience and make you watch a cutscene while your opponent tries to figure out where to magically throw you into the environment. This game will flop. Even Ninja Gaiden 3 looks better than this.
