How's this for a lethal combination? The classic UNSC Rocker Launcher paired with the new Promethean Vision. It's a pretty explosive partnership!
I dont like the promethean vision idea :-(
Well, Josh Holmes - creative director at 343 Industries - has said that Promethean Vision is really more for the newcomers to the franchise. Us hardcore veterans need not bother with it ; )
I think they would use it to their advantage. i can imagine the sniper or scout on their team give back intel on where enemies are or the whole team may use it and sneak. im not a fan of Promethean vision either, i feel like it will ruin the surprise of stealth and other instances. i havent played it yet so who knows maybe theirs a reliable counter attack to PV buuht multiplayer can do without it.
Totally agree I just hope it doesnt destroy the flow of the game.
It definitely seems like a noob-tool. So much that any good player would be not fully utilizing that particular powerup slot. To me, it's a distractor-perk. Meaning: if you like it, your missing out on better ones.
Not cool 343, not cool.
PV drains very fast, making it hard to spam, plus the rocket launcher is still a power weapon (which now have randomized spawn points), so I really don't see this combo being as big of a game changer as it seems.
Did I see what I thought I saw? Enemies visible through walls?!!! If so, its an even stupider idea than armour lock.
"He's got rockets with promethean vision...he is unstoppable...he's the best Halo 4 player in the world right now... He CANNOT be stopped..." *gets one kill and is stopped*
My only issue is that their radar still shows while using it. The radar should be gone while using pronethean vision, end of story. Other than that no biggie I'd much rather use a different armor ability, as radar tells me where moving enemies are anyways. All "pv" does is help spot around corners. Halo 4 will absolutely rock either way "_" and ps, we still don't know what active camo will do to pv right? I would hope it jams their entire screen heh.
