Exactly, 99% of the time there is an article about an issue or maintenance it doesn't seem to effect me or my online play. At most the store will be down or can't get on PShome which I barely use anyway.
Pain ? how so. Only problem I've ever had was when psn went down last summer, and thats it. If I never read this article I would of never known about any problems, I've had none.
Honestly, this service is an absolute pain to deal with. At least if they charged for it, they could use that money toward making PSN a priority and bettering the service.
It wasn't down, at least for me in the UK, and all my friends. You see PS Network in the heading, then proceed to talk nonsense. Of course they work on the service, that's what maintenance is for.
Do you actually think Sony sit there, and think. "Nope, lets not improve PSN, since its free"? Lmao.
Of course they're improving it. I'm just saying, with some extra revenue, I feel they would feel more obligated to improve the service at a faster pace, knowing that they're getting some revenue from their users.
Yes, it was an absolute pain to read all these reports of PSN being down, and yet being on my Vita via PSN as it was supposedly happening.
It's such a pain to hear about possible security breaches again, as if that's what unexpected downtime automatically mean.
It's a complete pain to have people disregard that it was probably PS+ users downloading Gig after Gig of free games all at once... because that wasn't a good enough excuse for when XBL had downtime during the holidays, right?
It's a massive pain to keep reading about how unreliable PSN is, when it hardly has problems; the few issues it DOES have are just blown up to massive proportions.
Yes, having this excellent free service with an excellent paid service on top that gets bashed at every turn because some people like paying more for less is an ABSOLUTE PAIN.
I get it, you're being sarcastic. Anyways, it's just an opinion. You can just come out and say your point rather than expressing sarcasm in every one of your statements. It gets redundant. :/
Oh, I could do it without being sarcastic, but where would the fun in that be?
I mean, you could have been specific about what you feel causes PSN to be an "absolute pain," but you chose not to, which instead implies there's nothing good about it, that it's only problem after problem.
I won't say you're being a troll about it, but there are better ways to have gone about it.
WTF is this article about? Is this about that PSN outage that lasted like 2 hours a few days ago? This is old news. There was no hack. No need to change any passwords.
