Play-Mag writes: As E3 conferences go, EA’s wasn’t as bad as Microsoft’s or Nintendo’s. Maybe that was because the last two were as enjoyable as having gasoline poured into your eyes, but hey! EA had Dead Space 3.
Which should have been something to celebrate, but instead it gave us The Fear. Because instead of seeing more of what we love, instead we got some Gears Of War co-op shenanigans, complete with combat rolls and cover.
If you don't complain now then it would be pointless seeing as if you complain after it releases they will be too busy rolling in your money to care about your opinions
Its a Dead Series for me, much like Resident Evil
Just my opinion which mean nothing to you!
Too many companies wanting to make the transition to action-oriented games. Explosions and gunfights can sell games, sure, but they can also make their product generic as hell.
So you HAD Dead Space to fall back on for your SH experience...what do you have now?
Based on the number of people on n4g that complain about COD sucking and its sales numbers I would say Dead Space 3 will be fine. I'll be buying it for sure.
"The most terrifying entry yet"
Then was like FUUUUUUUUU after reading..
"And not in a good way".
Also, gamers are not afraid of change .....for the better. But adding a bunch of waist high walls to go with that "new" cover system, a bunch of necromorphs that pop out every few seconds to use up all that plentiful universal ammo, and a dipshit to hit the switch in one of the "new" co-op puzzles...
Tell me, how is turning Dead Space into Gears of Uncharted Effect a good idea? Oh...broader audience and more sales? Thanks EA and I see you're proudly wearing your "Worst company in the US" badge.
