Review: Battlefield 3 "Close Quarters" DLC | Stevivor.com

The Battlefield series has always been about large maps, crazy moments, and battles across huge and open environments that leave you filled with adrenaline and pumped to delve right back into the next round.

Based on that, “Close Quarters,” the first of Battlefield 3‘s Premium DLC packs is quite odd; seeing as it rips out everything that makes Battlefield what it is, and throws it into a whole new environment. (Battlefield 3, PC, PS3, Xbox 360) 9/10

All 4 of the maps are great. If I was to make a list it'd be hard to pick a favorite because they are all so good. So my best list would be:

1. Operation 925
2. Ziba Tower
3. Scrapmetal
4. Donya Fortress

Yeah the maps are really well done, they look amazing... I'm loving them..

I was playing some capture the flag on Scrapmetal, and I just could not get over how amazing it looked...

Awesome Job DICE...

LOL.

BF3 goes Call of Duty stile gameplay... and everybody loves it.

I hate it. The maps are gorgeous but very claustrophobic, and gun master is intolerable. I bought CQ strictly for the new weapons.

What are you talking about?Im sorry BF is BF and COD is COD.They both play differently in every aspect. The only thing thats compared is the FPS part.I would break it down for you but it would take to long to explain to you how different they are.Im not bashing you im just stating a fact.

I dont mind this pack actually.. Sometimes I like to play fast paced but cant stand cod online, so this is perfect with all the destruction! Seriously towards the end of a match the walls are absolutely destroyed!
