Halo 4 player movement “is a lot slower” and its Battle Rifle “takes a lot of skill”, says pro
News: Professional gamer Naded has taken to Twitter to sing the praises of Halo 4, which features much slower player movement and an altered Battle Rifle yet is reportedly “the best Halo ever made”.

loving the sound of halo 4 the more i read. didnt think i would but i really am! have they talked about matchmaking and online ranks yet? i really want to go back to a system like halo 2 when it comes to online ranks. it really made the rank mean something. knowing the next match could either lower or raise your ranking really made the game very competitive.
oh and i really dislike the ranking systems that only go up. i like the idea that you can be demoted so much! Make it happen 343!
Agreed, we need a level system similar to that of Halo2/3 to make this game awesome. Something for players to aspire to and not just a cod system which rewards time played as much as skill.
You can see the rank and xp to level up. But apparently there are two rank systems (not sure about this, but heard/read about it on the halo forums about someone asking frankie).
from that link i can only notice 1 ranking system. the same ranking system that was in Reach :/ are you sure there are 2? can you point me to where it shows/says this?
Yeah playing Big Team Battle sucks without ranking. I go in BTB with a "powerhouse" team and usually dominate. Once in a blue moon you get another powerhouse team and what you get is pure awesome and competitive multiplayer. That's what I want all the time.
Man, I can't wait for this game! I hope they add back leveling ranks. Who misses the clan system from halo 2? You could make a clan, then level it up with your friends and play some seriously good people, once you got to higher levels.
I don't like that movement is slower just to accommodate universal sprinting. I do like the battle rifle and the jumping. Everything else seems absolutely amazing as well.
"The Best Halo ever made" from a fanatic pro says a lot! Those guys are always nit picking every lil negative. If this game is praised by these "pro's" than we might be really looking at the best Halo ever.
All these crazy additions like Shield Package and super vision might make the game play uneven, but I'm sure they'll have classic MLG or Hardcore matchingmaking without all the extra's.
The super vision is quite underpowered from what I heard, it only let's you see in the next room, I'd much rather have something else. Don't hold me to it though , I just heard it in a passing.
