i used to play this when i got my 1st xbox! is it the same game?

no. dreamcast game

i was hoping to use touch controls to tag though

In terms of gameplay, there is no auto-tagging. You had to repeat some movements with the analog stick to complete the tag (QTE with the analog basically).

Soundtrack was better as well.

other than these, there are no major differences that i can recall
