well, you missed it when they were having a pre sale for this game. I guess a good amount of people already got it for 40 or less, so they don't care if the game goes back to 60 dollars.

It will drop in price quick. Suda 51 games usually sell ok at first but they drop real quick in price. I like their perverted humor and gory gameplay.
