Is Diablo 3 Still Fun After You Reach Inferno?

Diablo 3 is missing one crucial thing that made Diablo 2 last so long. When you reach Inferno mode, you lose a sense of something that make your keep going. You lose the drive. Why? (Diablo III, PC)
