Nintendo on Wii U Price: Consumers will be "pleasantly surprised"

E3 2012 has come to an end, and while Nintendo finally talked more about its Wii U, the company left many questions unanswered. So its $250
Cause 300 is not a surprise

We will be "pleasantly surprised" seeing it's the same amazing price of the the "599 US dollars" PS3!

So your saying that the price of Wii U is $250? That's the same launch price as the Wii!

The first statement was a joke.

I'm surprised. But there aint nothin pleasant about it bro...

Well, it will be 300 US dollars.
Controller self cost a lot.

Sounds like they're gonna take a loss or break even on it.

Well, they're selling the 3DS at a loss right now, which they don't want to do, but I could definitely see them selling the Wii U between $250 and $300. Which a cheaper system, when Microsoft and Sony do launch their consoles, it might give Nintendo a slight edge on the purchasing market, if they can continue strong third party support (or even get it past the launch window).

If the Wii u is $250 and is more powerful than the ps3 I'm happy

Khordchange1993d ago

if it's 250, that'll defiantly be a surprise, Im still gonna guess 300.

eagle211993d ago
