Last month, Aksys announced a limited edition package for Record of Agarest War 2, which includes an 8 x 12 hand towel compressed in the shape of a heart, a "Heroic Trials from the Lands of Agarest" art book, and an inflatable Felenne Doll. Aksys Games has announced a western release window for Mon-Yu, the Experience-developed dungeon RPG. Mon-Yu is coming west sometime in fall 2023 for Windows PC and Nintendo Switch.

I don't think it's real, but it would make sense. Sony did just bought Evo and they have no fighting game of their own yet. Plus they own funimation and crunchyroll, so it would be pretty easy to convince some of those anime to let them make a fighting game along with kodagawa that they are in partnership with to "share ideas and IP".
