Halo 4 Spartan Ops Mode to include five weekly co-op missions

343 Industries has revealed that Halo 4's Spartan Ops mode will receive at least five weekly co-op missions after the launch of Halo 4 November 6th, 2012.

Hopefully, it's 5 more than that. If it's only 5, it certainly won't replace the void left by the absence of firefight. If they intend to have Spartan Ops act as another campaign, I really hope they intend to give us more than 5 free missions.

It's 5 free missions a week for at least a year, so that's potentially 260 missions in the first year alone. After that they will probably charge but I'd say that's very generous!

If Spartan Ops delivers on what it promises, then I think it will be FAR superior to Firefight because it will carry on advancing the immense narrative that the Halo game have. You get 5 missions every few weeks. That is amazing in itself.

Rubbish, there is at least 5 episodes planned each with 5 missions, so that's at least 25 missions planned already with a commitment by 343 to keep making them (as you say) for free for the first year.
