SMITE: Demigods, Deities and Gods Explained – He Bo

LoreHound writes: "SMITE: Demigods, Deities and Gods Explained is a new column dedicated to introducing prospective players of SMITE to its massive back story of lore. From the Greek to Hindu, each week we’ll look at two characters from a major pantheon and provide a quick recap of their history and in what capacity their digital incarnation will represent on the field of Hi-Rez Studios’ upcoming MOBA.

Lore: He Bo, also known as Bing-yi, is the God of the Yellow River. Born a mortal, he became a deity after he sacrificed himself to the Yellow River. After one of its many devastating floods, He Bo tied a series of heavy rocks to himself and plunged into the torrent of silty water. Since his sacrifice, it became a ritual to sacrifice a virgin girl to the waters as his bride." (PC, Smite)

Beta is going well but the game definitely needs more balance. Early game needs to be sped up a bit too.
