A Zelda and Mario cover of “Somebody That I Used To Know”

ZU writes: Taking YouTube and the internet by storm, Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used to Know” now has 230 million views on YouTube a year after it was first uploaded. If you haven’t heard the song by now, you will soon (by the end of this post if you continue reading). Amongst all of the hype, another YouTube user, Yourfavoritemartian, has created his own rendition of the song featuring an animated music video showing Princess Zelda’s true love for Mario. The parody includes many references to the original video including the abstract shape background and the fact that the band is in their skivvies. (Culture, Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda)

95% random animated guys who are doing a song that's just not right for them (and it's really not a good cover in general) and 5% of random Mario and Zelda animations without much context at all.
