Konami Releases 4 Posters Which Tease The Announcements At Their Pre-E3 Show Tonight

At 10:30 PM PST tonight, Konami will be holding their Pre-E3 show, which promises to release a lot of new games, interviews, and trailers. In advance of this, they have shown off 4 promo posters (3 of which actually show something) which tease the upcoming announcements.

Castlevania, Enders, and Rising. I guess we can all pretty much assume that the 4th game is Kojima's Ogre title.

I'm sure there'll be more than just those 3, like castlevania 3ds, pes 2013, hopefully project ogre and maybe that contra game they announced at last year's pre e3 show. They just decided to tease the ones already announced.

I'd rather a focus on development than pre-mature hyping, looking at things realistically, I'd prefer MGS5 to release next gen and that would put the game a couple of years off of release. I would be fine with a subtle nod to the titles development however...

They don't want to kill Rising before its released. I expect them to tease MGS 5 in July and announce it officially in 2013 for 2014 or so.

Although a July teaser for it either way I suspect.

No MGS5? Looks like we have to sit through their mediocre Rising game which is nothing but a cheap cash-in. Might as well ignore everything they have to say as they won't be showing anything good this year anyway.

A game that isn't out yet is automatically mediocre? Zone of the Enders isn't good? That second one, especially, shows how little you know about Konami gaming.

Personally, while I enjoyed Castlevania and don't dislike Metal Gear, Zone of the Enders is all I'm really looking forward to.

I kinda agree with fairy.. I still a tad disappointed that Kojima production handed the IP over to Platinum games.. I would've preferred it staying in house personally.

Clearly you have no appreciation for the genre known as hack n slash. Clearly you have no respect for Hideo Kojima since he has created MGR concept and let PG develop it. As Kojima said that the Kojima Productions staff is responsible for the game's plot and characters' designs not PG.

Mediocre is what Shitcom have done to DMC. Chopped frame rate in half, changed colour palette completely, completely redesigned the character and altered the history and slowed the action down. That is more mediocre sounding and terrible than:

Respecting the original story, characters, fluid gameplay and frame rate, having critically acclaimed developers with a history of successful 3rd person action titles and having the founder of Metal Gear approve the studio and over look the project.

This sounds more like a recipe for success than mediocrity.

DMC looks a lot better than Rising. DMC is a day 1 buy. Rising is a never play (even if I got it for free I would sell it and hope someone is dumb enough to buy it, give it away, or throw it in the trash where it belongs).

I am trying to contain my excitement for the ZOE3 game i want it now, but im not sure about the raiden game just yet. It does look better then the last video though.
