Starhawk has some great moments. Situations that give the illusion of taking part in a great battle somewhere beyond and still dependent on the strategic skill of the players can be seen quite often. But the price is that you have to spend additional time playing. 7/10
N4G should have some quality control for articles and the people that post them. 360GamerFG is not a gamer as he can’t see past a brand name his gaming experiences are blinkered by his weird hate for Sony so any game on that system he automatically hates. You can’t be a gamer if you ignore games because they are on a different system, systems are irrelevant a good game is a good game, unfortunately children like 360GamerFG can't see that.
They can try to spin the 7/10 review all they want but the bottom line is NOBODY bought it Although some have said it has a great MP.
I look at the score as being the reviewer didn't get enough free stuff from Lightbox and Santa Monica
Anyway why bag on 360GamerFG instead of talking about Starhawk? Did you buy Starhawk?...... NO!
and just to think that IDIOT Hip Hop Gamer tried to compare Starhawk to Starcraft 2!
Then he tried to say No game is like Starhawk even though the PC has Nuclear Dawn, Natural Selection, and about 50 other titles of the FPS, vehicle combat /RTS Genre
It is a quality title that most reviews reflect.
@MrDead - poor sales are due to being PS3 exclusive. If it was multiplatform, it would have done better and been on more people's radar screen.
7/10 is a good score, and a fair score. To mean that means above average, which Starhawk is. It has some fun components and some solid ideas, but it didn't have staying power with me. I got bored with it pretty fast. Still a really solid game, though.
