Five Things Nintendo Must do to Win E3 - GameZone

"Nintendo has a lot of skepticism to overcome if they hope to win back the hearts of gamers at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo. From negative rumors citing the Wii U's lackluster tech to a rather thin lineup of exciting titles for the 3DS, there are still a lot of unknowns that could swing either way for the company. Needless to say, E3 2012 is going to be a clear indicator on where Nintendo's future is headed, and we here at GameZone would like to share with you some of the ways we think Nintendo can ensure a successful showing."

redesign ALL SNES games make em current with HD graphics 60fps plenty of VARIETY for everyone not like ps3 stuck on FPS 3RD PARTY games only.

I think Nintendo has the upper hand since they are the only one showing off new hardware. But they are sorely lacking in the online department and 3rd party development.

They need to show off some cool features of that tablet controller for one. They need to make strides in their online service and show it off to boot. And they need a strong launch line up for the Wii U.

To be fair everyone assumed that last year with Nintendo unveiling new hardware but it was a massive let down that left a lot of people confused.

What they need to do is show me a reason to buy it. For me that isn't going to come in the way of multiplats as I all ready have a system that can play them. I would like to see new, more mature franchises coming from Nintendo.

I don't see Nintendo winning E3, I don't know I just think the Wii-U is just too obscure.

It's a modern controller with an hd touch screen built it...what's so obscure about it?

All of it. It's just weird maybe in a few years it'll be the norm. but I see no reason for a screen in the controller other than jumping on the ipad train.

Um... I believe it's official (so says their Facebook page). This year's E3, isn't about their fans or the casuals. It's Nintendo trying reconnect with the jaded crowd (so they better bring their A game).

Anything could happen at E3... so there's still a possibility they'll change the name. Not incredibly likely, but possible nonetheless.

I have no interest in the 3DS (not a portable-gamer in general), so for me I'd be happy with #1, 3, 4, a price for the WiiU and information on the online/multimedia capabilities. Probably still wouldn't be an early adopter with all these things, but would likely buy one at the first price cut (if the initial price is in the $300-350 range as expected).

They could get capcom to release a Resident Evil 2 remake on wii-u and a Revelations 2.

They could get Kojima to Remake Metal Gear 1 and 2 for wii-u.

Get FF back on a Nintendo console (some exclusive ff game thats not crystal chronicles).

Announce a Zelda MM 3ds remake, New 3ds Zelda in the style of ALttP, bring the REmake to 3ds, FF6 remake on 3ds, and TWEWY 2.

Xenoblade sequel, Baten Kados 3, Eternal Darkness 2, Kid Icarus, Metroid, F-Zero, Zelda, and Star Fox all on wii-u.

And announce the wii-u at 350 or less.

For me, is an instant GENERATION WIN.

I know Zelda and M. and the other M ;-) are coming to WiiU but I have been craving a sequel to SK's classic.

3DS at E3 should show off luigis mansion 3D,PAper mario 3D VERY excited for that,KIngdom hearts 3D, Announce new zelda for 3DS not majoras mask remake a whole new Zelda for 3DS. I'd rather have a new zelda than an old one make Majoras mask after a new one. ANnounce a FF remake for 3DS either 5 or 6 because the DS has 3 and 4 so might aswell continue.

i dont want a 3ds lite i want a 3ds xl i would really like a larger screen, throw in an 8 gb card an august release with new super mario brothers 2 packed in for $150 im buying

"to win E3" is actually an offensive term to me. Sounds very childish.

They need to remove the shackles that has plagued there systems for so long. Give the gamers the rights they deserve and announce that the WiiU will no longer force gamers to except what a publisher considers to much of a cultural barrier. Give us the key to a new world of gaming, the whole world of gaming. Make it region free.

Also a new Eternal Darkness game wouldn't hurt.
