Let me play Uncharted, God of War, Killzone, Resistance, Little Big Planet, Demon's Souls, Heavy Rain, Mag, Socom, inFAMOUS, The Last of Us, Modnation Racers, Little Big Planet Karting, Playstation All-stars battle royale, any move title, a Mario title, The Legend of Zelda, Super smash brothers and maybe.. well you get the point. See, i can name a bunch of exclusives too whoop-dee-doo. And please to EVERY freaking PC elite member who wants to give me the "oh but we have modz" or the popular "quantity Vs quality" speech, save it.
Along with a whole host of multiplats that just dont run well on console, with no mod support or customization.

You can play any Mario title, Zelda, Super smash brothers on the PC and that too in 1080p lol. In fact you can play more Mario games on PC than on a Nintendo system. Since PC emulates every Nintendo system every created lol. Personally i hate the Wii mote i think its crap, so i tend to play Wii games on the PC with a DS3, now that is customization let us know when consoles offer such a thing lol.
The Playstation titles you mentioned, please half those games are just hyped because they are exclusives. When it comes to shooters none of them is as good as BF3, so why would a PC gamer want to down grade?
yea there are some games like Uncharted series and maybe god of war, but really thats about it, those are like 1 game a year lol. And please dont even mention the Move lol, by now even the Playstation hardcore fans are convinced its nothing more than a gimmick.
Pull your heads out of your ass and realise you like what you like, they like what they like, and no amount of copy/paste lists of games is gonna change that.
Gaming is gaming, be that on an iPhone, a PS3 or a high spec PC.
The PC has way more exclusives than any one console and probably has more than all three combined seeing as we can play older games. I have my reasons for gaming on PC and I am not trying to put consoles down but this was an article about PC and immediately got trolled by a console gamer. He did not even mention a good game

Well I can by copy / pasting it into a word document then emailing it you , can't do that on a console , all though the hardware is clearly capable xD

Oh, and let me add this. I have over 250 PC games on my PC, and only around five of them I paid over $10 for. The rest were just cheap on Steam. Full blown AAA titles, but just on sale often. Gotta love PCs.
OH, second edit: You guys will love this. A few months ago I was even playing the N64 game GoldenEye on my PC, WITH MY FRIEND ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY. Pretty epic right? It's one of my favorite games of all time, and sitting on my bed with my 360 controller (or even mouse+keybo) playing multi-player with people online is a lot of fun. Played Mario Kart 64 and Diddy Kong Racing online too.
Nvidia's Cloud gaming, PC's, and Consoles being PC's anyway will kill of the console.
I see MS Sony and Nintendo just piggy backing off of PC's after this Next Gen of consoles is over with. Losing millions building consoles is no longer a viable business model.
Next Gen consoles will have F2P games, micro-transactions, cloud gaming, increased digital sales, native KB/M support, Mods, OS, and MMO's. all of which the PC does NOW!!
"buh buh but console exclusives" when Sony/MS announce PS3/360 games for Windows 8 then you consolers will realize IT'S OVER!
MS has already done the research for this and Sony will have to follow suit or get crushed by MS. WiiU can already be emulated by the PC.
TV's are being built with Cloud gaming support, PC's are back in the living room and it all points to the end of consoles especially when a PC does the same thing a console does but better and has more functions.

Sony already does give its games to windows. Check out Vanguard, Everquest etc.
So many competing companies launch their products on Windows, just because its owned by MS doesnt mean a thing. MS office is availabe on Mac, both of them being competitors doesnt mean a thing.
So I meant to say, that its nice to have power but you also have to have a software which could the HW use to show its potential. I am learning GPGPU/Shader coding, so I hope I could do some interesting things on my GTX680, but rendering engine is really long way to go even for small things, like show nice light box on screen a my MATH skills sucks.
My only other gripe is the mouse and keyboard combo.... I feel so disconnected.
I know some PC games support controllers, but this is rarely done well!
If the "Steam Box" was a hardcore PC console setup that ran everything from Fallout 1 to FarCry3, with multiple controller inputs, I'd jump on it immediately. The ability to use user created MODs for many games is very appealing as the game you just bought has an extra element of playability and extended life, and I'm sure many people would agree.
Asides my home gaming rig which is a very beastly setup i have a laptop whhich is 3 years old, it comes equipped with a 5870m GPU, My laptop plays most games today maxed out. Even though laptop varients of GPUs are usually 1-2 gens behind the desktop varients. I guess that takes care of the upgrading Myth.
Most games today already come with controller support. You are living in the early 2000's if you think else wise. In fact on PC you have a bigger choice of controllers than any platform. Dont like the 360 controller use the DS3, dont like the DS3, use a custom after market solution etc then you have mouse keyboard too for FPS, RTS, MMO etc.

THIS AGAIN! Really? We really need somebody at N4G to clear this up. Give them some charts, pie grafts or hire those Mythbuster guys to do a special episode about this.
Anything to clear this up so console gamers stopped giving these 'facts' and PC gamers stop correcting them all the time - usually make them into some sort of elitist snobs in doing so (unless that was the real reason for some console gamers to deliberately misquote facts all the time - snob bait if you will).
Games on PC are made with mid range PC or consoles in mind. Very few devs start with top of the line PCs then work their way down to the 360. They build their games around the lower specs then work their way up. That's why everything is ported from the 360 to PS3, then PC.
Also, I use my wireless 360 controller for most games, as I can't stand using Mouse and Keyboard. My pc is also hooked up to my 55" and I sit on the couch while playing anything from Saint's Row to Starcraft...
PC gaming is not what you think it is. Stop listening to the fanatics that list their spec every time a PC thread appears. Those are the fools that dump tons of money into their PCs then come to some forum and talk about their 32gigs of ram, 4080p res triple monitors, and crossfired graphics cards. All of that is unnecessary to enjoy PC gaming.
Easy answer, people who don't own a PC in the first place. I have a work laptop, but I've never really been much for doing things like gaming on a PC.
I'm a console kinda guy, and I know a ton of others that are the same. I'm all for people gaming on whatever makes them happy, its just not my thing.
But I will state this for the fan boys on either side. PC has its pros and cons and so does the consoles.
But if the argument is going to only focus on games available for a specific platform, then the PC wins, period. You can like it or hate it, maybe masturbate it, but it is pure fact that the PC has way more games than all consoles ever made, combined!
Does that make it the best, no…………, because some of the games are pure shit.
