The audio randomly cuts out during cutscenes on mine and others. The controls also don't always seem as responsive as they should be.

Yeah the controls lag out quite badly, and I've had a few instances where I'm moving forward then try to make him go left or right and he glitchily goes in the opposite direction or backwards, very annoying!

I thought I was just imagining things. I think that happened a couple times to me.

The worst problem I've encountered so far is the multiplayer loading screen. Most of the time it's fine, but every now and then, it takes a few minutes to get into the game.

i have (had) issues of being in multiplayer and being completely kicked out do to not enough players..adn double tapping to reload.

The only issues ive been finding are to do with matchmaking. Things like splitting parties into two different games, and the 'blacklist' feature is awful. Hope they get rid of that.

there seems to be a parental alert and cant go on multiplayer does anybody know why this is.

no. but i called sony and they are aware of the problem and have contacted rockstar

It's not really a problem but, I would love a Killcam like in story mode online. Or maybe an end of the match Killcam. (Bullet Cam) They are using Natural Motions Euphoria physics engine and having this camera would really showcase this!

Still having some freezing issues. It froze my PS3 this morning when we were tied 2 to 2 on gang wars and 1:43 left in showdown, thats a pisser because I was having a good game which truthfully is rare at this point because I'm still trying to get used to the controls , I'm used to Uncharted 3 which is completely different.

Most annoying bug is the audio cutting out during cutscenes...and this is one of the few games I'm actually playing for the story.

Also I noticed a bug where I attempt to skip a video and the game freezes and I have to restart my console. Anyone else encounter this?

DEVELOPERS dont have testers anymore?? SNES,GAMECUBE,PS1,PS2 GAMES Never Had This Many Issues AS PS3,360 Games These Days. patches, dlc up-dates make the fu'king game COMPLETE!! and test your product FIRST!!!!!!............ no one would complaint.

i updated patch 1.02 the game is freezing now low frame rate..some gun sound freezing..(bar and helicopter gameplay is highly freezing game..then i stoped the game..
Why is happening this like.. buyed in <<$55.99>>..
what is this only happen in ps3.(xbox360)have no problem.
i think they are not testing..or the testers is very bad.
maxpayne 3 game is world most anticipated game...
we can wait for next patch...
