Top 10 PSN/XBLA Downloadable Titles

Gamers Xtreme (Glacier928): "Over the course of this console generation’s life-cycle, we’ve seen a ton of downloadable titles hit both the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade. Currently owning over 140 downloadable games available for both platforms, I’ve decided to sort through my catalog of titles and list which ones are entirely worth the purchase." (Castle Crashers, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, Limbo, Outland, Pac-Man Championship Edition DX, PS3, Xbox 360)

Oh how I am bit sad to see that DeathSpank is not there. Although the third game was a ot of the same and not super great, the series is still excellent and the first two were outstanding. Great list though.

Outland is awesome sauce like no other. I love the MetroidVania-style gameplay and the strategy behind it is brilliant. And it was on $10.

Would like to mention if you haven't played Scott Pilgrim vs the World you ought to. It's a huge tribute to cclassic gaming like Mario, Streets of Rage, Zelda, and even it's cheat codes are derived from real games like MK's Blood Cheat and more.

Good list. But you miss The Walking Dead and Shadow Complex.

@fantomena

This list was comprised of games that are available for both PSN and XBLA. Shadow Complex is an XBLA exclusive, which is why it's not here.

The Walking Dead I've heard a lot of praise about and just haven't gotten around to it. I'm planning on playing that soon though.

It's a shame your list only includes titles on both XBLA and PSN, because that leaves out many fantastic titles like Trials Evolution, Trials HD, Fez, Shadow Complex, Super Meat Boy, Journey, Splosion Man, and Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2.

Solid list for multiplatform games. But though I really enjoyed Outland, I just can't see putting it ahead of Limbo/Braid, myself.
