EA Trying To Get Kickstarter Games On Origin?

Recently, EA announced they they will remove their distribution fees on Origin for crowd funded games for 90 days, this program is only for projects that are fully funded, complete and ready-to-publish. (EA, PC, Tag Invalid)

If the people/group/company doing the Kickstarter was smart they would stay way from Origin. There's still some forks that won't except Origin no matter what.

If everyone was smart, everyone would stay away from Origin. I'm not touching that service with a ten-foot pole.

No... if they were smart they would get their games on as many game services as they could.

That's a pretty good deal for those developers.

EA seen that many studios have signed deals to be on Steam and they just couldn't stand it

EA just wants a slice of that Kickstarter pie.

If any developers on Kickstarter plan to use only Origin to distribute their games, they need to be clear about this to their contributors as there are many people who will not want to help fund a game that requires them to use Origin to play.
