I'm expecting quite a few things, some I'm hopeful for and some I just would prefer.

No DRM
Yes to used games
Sleek designed console with personality
Better D-Pad on the controller
A lot of fresh new games, probably wont be revealed until E3
Backwards compatibility with discs
Want to see the OS, Windows features and Xbox functions
Kinect 2.0, want to see it go where the first one should have.
