Why is it that every game that happens to have guns in it must have a multiplayer mode? Example of multiplayer that nobody seems to play is Assassin's Creed. Making its debut in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood I've always found the multiplayer in the AC series to be a unique take on the traditional model. Its blend of trickery, misdirection, and straight up stalking is a decent amount of fun. Again it just doesn't seem to be as popular as the big three.
A former 343 developer has revealed that mountains of Halo pitches failed to be approved, including a return to ODSTs and a push for more intimate, dark themes.
Halo-Pop like Gears Pop. Halo bowling. Halo Cooking Mama. There’s a reason why you won’t hear about them
With its smooth jazz and iconic New Mombasa streets, we need Xbox's next Halo game to return to the remarkable world of Halo 3: ODST.
Microsoft wants to spread its Xbox games far and wide, and if that logic holds, bringing free Halo multiplayer to PlayStation is not an impossibility.
A proper reboot of the series 1-3 would be great.
I had good memories with the co-op and multiplayer. Back when you had to link you and your friend’s Xbox for local area network.
Honestly it doesn't bother me if so.
When I do play Halo, I play it on PC so no skin off my nose if certain consoles are no longer required.
Halo to me seems more distant in terms of quality and captivating story after 4. Creatively 343 is in a slump and can barely keep a cohesive grip on what snagged our attention back in the days of Bungie. Halo needs a significant storyline improvement for me to return.
Microsoft is a business first not your buddy or your family. If they decide Playstation or Nintendo can strengthen their financial records then do not be surprised to see them function as a 3rd party publisher in the years to come.
Because Billy games need value.
Because asking us to pay $60 for a 6 hour campaign is stupid. Having a good multiplayer mode does not even take away from the single player experience either. Halo, Half-Life, Gears of War, Uncharted, Starcraft to name a few with good multiplayer and singleplayer. All it takes is effort, most of the bad multiplayer this gen is because they were COD copies and tacked on the last minute due to laziness
To interact.
Been playing lots of ZombiU multiplayer recently with a friend, its couch only but its fun as hell, 1 player spawns different types of zombies RTS style and the other player has to run around staying alive searching for ammo :)
because it's boring fighting against AI.
