Teenagers who play mature-rated, risk-glorifying video games are more likely to become reckless drivers who suffer more car accidents, police stops and are more tempted to drink and drive.
The claim was made in research by the American Psychological Association, which said certain games may increase rebelliousness and sensation-seeking among adolescents.

If you know right from wrong, you know common sense. There's the parenting as well. Everything else falls under the common sense category. If you turn rebellious and seek thrills from the game in the real world...you've taken it way too far and serious a.k.a ("you're going to have a bad time")

BLAME THE GAME AND NOT THE PARENTS! of course...the parents are to blame for not teaching the kids that this isn't how you do or deal with things in the real world. :/ if the kids don't understand that...I don't even know.
"78 per cent admitted to speeding" - We all do it one time or another whether it's 1 mph or 5 mph (some people are idiots and will go faster) over the speed limit.
"71 per cent to speeding through yellow lights" - depends on the situation, how fast it turns yellow, where you are at that time and who else is doing what. If it turns yellow before you hit the light, just stop. If you are passed the light at any distance just move quickly and out of the way if the cars aren't stacked horrendously in front of you :S
