Your tractor beam is very weak at first but gradually strengthens as you rack up feline collections, so you have to strategically target small cats before working your way up to the giant tabbies."

Touch Arcade: Cats Away Review

Touch Arcade: For the longest time, I had trouble understanding the phrase 'vomit rainbows'. Often used in conjunction with toxic-looking, multi-tiered cakes, it felt like a weird way to frame appreciation. But after playing Cats Away [$0.99], however, I now understand. ZigZaGame's newly released iOS title kinda makes me want to regurgitate a colorful natural phenomenon.

148Apps: Cats Away Review

When I first previewed Cats Away back in June I was fairly surprised by it. I mean, here was this game that essentially came out of nowhere to combine Katamari Damacy-like “pick up stuff to pick up even bigger stuff” mechanic, fused with something akin to one of those quarter-munching prize claw machines and hordes of cats. But that was just over a month ago, and an earlier build no less. So does the finished product live up to unexpected expectations of awesomeness? Yes. Yes it does.
