Tri-Ace has never made a AAA RPG and their last one, Infinite Undiscovery, failed even more than Lost Odyssey. While you're the one that's hoping for a true AAA RPG, PS3 fans already have FF Versus XIII and White Knight Chronicles confirmed exclusive for their console. Sad isn't it? So many RPG's on 360 and they all failed to live up to the hype. Who's the desperate one, really?

@Mozilla: Microsoft paid for every stolen exclusive. Just like they paid for GTA IV, just like they paid for Fallout 3 DLC, just like they paid for DMC4, just like they paid for Tomb Raider DLC, etc. They aren't paying for their own exclusives, they're paying for 3rd party games to go multi-plat and DLC. Sad lol. Sony focuses on publishing new IP's, Microsoft focuses of stealing old franchises that we've been playing for years already.

Sony has not had their keynote, they had a business summit meeting. I may be way off but I think they are going to have a press confrence tomorrow, so we have to wait and see.

OMEGA- Last I checked Last Remanant, Eternal Sonata, White Knight Chronicles, DS3 where all JRPGS. So what is happening is the gap that 360 enjoyed as JRPG king is closing. And as more information comes out it appears as though White Knight Chronicles may be one of the best JRPGs released in the last decade so maybe you should troll about some other topic.

Why try to counter the bad news the 360 gets when you can just hit the report button and just hope that someone is picking up on your suppressing info because you don't like the news.

By the way, there are now TWO websites that are saying this info now, not just one (via the Alt source someone gave). Official confirmation from an American site needs to happen for any of you to believe it, though.

EDIT@juuken: According to the websites, it may even be a simultaneous release from the look of things. I'm hoping you're wrong on that, because that will REALLY be a shot in the arm for Sony, and a sign that someone higher up WAS listening to all of us and someone actually decided TO respond!

And yeah...Shacknews also had something on this, not sure if I should add that one because it doesn't mention that part in the headline (on the last line they say something about it)...ah what the hell....hmm.

@NMC2007: There was no Square confirmation that it was a 360 exclusive, either. That was all MS's doing (because 1, it was previously never announced for any other platform, so until it was confirmed one way or another, get the licks in now, and 2, the way MS loves to run their mouths about things they shouldn't be (see the GTA4 DLC issues and how they love to run that motor mouth), I could see them forcing the labeling of exclusive on things when nothing was confirmed).

Star Ocean is also coming for the Playstation 3 because Square never said it was exclusive.

Neither did Microsoft.

It's only coming out on the system first.

darkpower: I'm betting that I'm right but if I'm wrong, then I'm wrong. However Square never stated it would be exclusive to the 360 because Square likes to make games multiplatform these days.

NCM2007: Again, if Square is making FFXIII multiplatform, then what makes you think they won't make Star Ocean multiplatform? You can hit the disagree button as much as you like but I know Square isn't going to make that game exclusive. It will be timed like Last Remnant.

about the gamekyo's listing is.... remember on Namco's website a long long time ago... when they had Beautiful Katamari listed for PS3 & Wii? Yeah....... mistakes are very possible and are very rampant in the gaming press these days.

erm... EA owns the Mass Effect property and is in a position to do with it as they wish

if those wishes include a PS3 port of the original Mass Effect... then Microsoft is powerless to stop them.... unless for some reason they establish a new exclusivity deal.... which is highly unlikely
