Diablo 3 is awesome on next gen.

caseh3528d ago

I'm tempted to pick it up, is it a proper time sink? I need one as I don't have much else to play at moment.

NexGen3528d ago

Definitely is, especially if you're shooting to get geared for torment 6. Hundreds of hours of gameplay here.

OC_MurphysLaw3528d ago

I can confirm...proper time sink. Great pick up and play too. I have been playing on the X1 and using the resume feature from stand-bye mode to just fire it back up straight into the game which just gets me into action that much faster.

The game looks and sounds fantastic. I went Crusader and holy heck that class feels just natural with a game pad on the consoles.

Really tempted but refuse to pay above £40 for it.

Grap3528d ago (Edited 3528d ago )

i am not buying it for 60$.. maybe 40$ or less. I can wait.

OC_MurphysLaw3528d ago

I do agree $60 feels a bit steep but I had $20 in gift cards on my account so $40 out of my wallet felt like an easy sell to me.

MysticStrummer3528d ago

If you haven't played it, it's well worth $60. Even if you have played it, but only concentrated on a few of the classes, it's still well worth it in my opinion. The only way I'd say it's not worth it is if you maxed out all the classes already.

The extra act is longer than any of the others, or at least it seemed so to me, and if Adventure mode isn't exactly a new game it's still a nice twist.

NexGen3528d ago (Edited 3528d ago )

I disagree. I had all classes capped and like 180 paragon on the pc version and this is STILL very much worth it to me. Then again, I love diablo :)

P.S. I clicked agree lol
