CCurse of Naxxramas, the first expansion to be released for Blizzard’s extremely addictive Warcraft-themed card game Hearthstone, launched one week ago with the addition of the first single-player content chunk, the Arachnid Quarter.
Now, Blizzard has released the second area, the Plague Quarter, which needs to be purchased either with real money or in-game currency.
Unfortunately, many players – particularly from the EU region, but not isolated to it, if feedback from players is to be believed – have experienced “Purchase Failed” results, resulting in the content remaining locked despite having either in-game or real money extracted from their account when attempting to purchase. Worse still, many are reporting that they have been charged multiple times as a result of the error.
