To look back at how the PlayStation 3, Wii, Xbox 360, and Nintendo DS thrilled us for years, PixlBit brings you our Game of the Generation series. A new Partner Spotlight Sale is now live on the Switch eShop, including Skyrim, lowest price ever for Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, and more.
I respect the opinion, but Skyrim wasn't even my Game of the Year that year, and I'd say Oblivion was a better game. My Game of the Generation was Demon's Souls and the year Skyrim came out Dark Souls was my Game of the Year. Just my opinions.
i really loved Skyrim
it's the definition of western RPG
and the open world is massive
i still haven't after multiple playthroughs
finished all of the quests or visited all of the areas
I disagree
The story and characters are boring and don't develop, the combat system is floaty and unsatisfying, the dungeons are very repetitive and linear
It's a decent game, but it's definitely not without its flaws, and doesn't deserve GOTY, let alone GOTG.
