if E3 has an amazing RPG array I'm just gonna start crying cause I don't have a PS4 yet

Sly-Lupin3620d ago

I hope you have a PC, then.

isthe3619d ago

I do, it's just not made for gaming, I'm saving up for a ps4 though! Just not patient

Ton of big PC RPGs out this year, most of which scale pretty well. DOS is probably the most demanding, but the games developed on Unity--Shadowrun, Wasteland 2, etc.--will run even on integrated GPU. Even a low end machine should be sufficient, provided its not an OLD low end machine.

And then there are the recent updated ports of classics that came out last year: the Baldurs Gate Enhanced Editions, Wasteland HD, Divine Divinity HD.

TBH, the PC is seeing a return too the Golden Age of RPGs right now, whereas the PS4 really doesn't have any, and won't for a long while. I mean, hell, the PS3 only just managed to accumulate some good RPGs in this last year or so. Depending on your PCs specs, you might be better served saving for an upgrade instead, and wait a few years for the PS4 to grow into its library.

Glad that I absolutely can't stand subscription services.

Petebloodyonion1d 20h ago (Edited 1d 20h ago )

I don't recall Sony forcing you to subscribe like nobody forced you to go to Blockbuster to rent games instead of buying them.

SonyStyled1d 19h ago

Pay-per-view was almost cheaper than the cost of gas and rental fee from Blockbuster. Blockbuster doesn’t exist today. Are you being sarcastic?

Final Fantasy XV Review – A Royal Road Trip

Gary Green said: With my fondness for (most) Final Fantasy games and my side goal of finishing off games in my collection with loose ends, a return to Final Fantasy XV seemed inevitable. It also serves as my third Final Fantasy platinum trophy after VII and VIII, a reasonable substitute since Final Fantasy IX is nigh on impossible to master.

Dragon Age: Inquisition Retro Review – A Nostalgic Leap Short Of Legendary

Dragon Age: Inquisition, developed by BioWare, is the third installment in the cherished Dragon Age series. It represents a major evolution from its predecessor, Dragon Age II, incorporating elements that were well-loved in the original Dragon Age: Origins but also introducing new features that stand on their own. While Inquisition improves upon Dragon Age II in many respects, it falls short of the exceptional standards set by Origins.
