P5 full reveal!!!
its real

Abriael3645d ago (Edited 3645d ago )

Nah. Can't be about P5 itself even if it could be another platform for that (PS Vita or PS4 maybe?). They wouldn't say "new project" if it was an already announced one.

But it could really be everything, including a new anime.

“Important Announcement”
rules out anime i suppose.
and theyve got way too much on their plate to think about ps4 now.
3 persona games are already coming so i cant imagine them making a fourth all of a sudden.
well,
wet dreams and wishfull thinking

Important announcement can definitely be an anime.

Mind you, the Japanese are often pretty liberal with what's an important announcement.

Damn I hope it's a P5 full reveal, here's to hoping..
or a proper P3xP4 RPG, because I kinda want the story continuation to be an RPG, not fighting games..

Persona 5 for PS4. Yoooooo if Persona 5 gets announced for PS4, it's over. Now I screwed myself over because now I can't get the thought of Persona 5 for PS4 out of my head.

Per..So..Na

DigitalRaptor3645d ago

Hahaha. I think NeoGaf would also share your enthusiasm.

rextraordinaire3644d ago

That would make me buy a ps4, no questions asked.

nope1113644d ago

I hope it's not another re-release of Persona 3. I love P3, but we don't need a fouth version.

porkChop3644d ago

Hopefully something for PS4, or a proper Persona game for Vita.

I remember there was some mention of "Golden Vol. 2" a while back, did we ever find out what it was? Anyway, I'm always hyped for anything persona!

Persona 3 Director Says The Game Saved Atlus From Collapsing

The studio was on the verge of collapse when Persona 3 came out, and things were looking quite grim for Atlus. Regardless, many decisions made in the game paid off and became a staggering success.

Years ago, I was emulating the game on my laptop and the old thing died when I was about to get to the final boss. I'm more than happy to buy this remake when it comes out so I can finish it!

TheColbertinator230d ago (Edited 230d ago )

At the time I was immersed in SMT Nocturne and later DDS. I did not realize at all how important Persona would become for me years later.

Persona 3 FES was the first one that I played in the series. Looking forward to the remake.

How Persona 3 Retroactively Solves Persona 5's Biggest Problem

Even though Persona 4 and 5 are monumental leaps over Persona 3, a crucial aspect has been lost in the transition.

That's a good point I didn't really think of but it lends to the narrative a lot more than P5 for sure. I also enjoy how much more streamlined the game is and how it doesn't have a 13 hour tutorial.
