While watching the videos that were released of the new title, I began thinking about Superhero games that I had enjoyed over the last 10 years since Arkham Asylum’s release. I remembered there were a number of them that surprised me with how good they actually were and after looking online and speaking to friends discovered they had little fanfare, or people simply wrote them off for being movie tie-ins despite some being reviewed well.
I wanted to speak to you all about just a handful of these titles so that they may get some of the recognition they deserve, but also so you can enjoy some hidden gems of the genre."

Montreal-based developer Canari Games has announced their first title on Kickstarter, Lunark. Currently there is an estimated release window of April 2020.
I've always enjoyed April Fool's Day gaming coverage across the internet. Some sites make some excellent pranks or joke articles, and plenty of devs end up putting a smile on my face. We typically get a fair amount of REAL announcements hidden amongst the gags, too.
Of course, we also have to suffer with lame jokes from a ton of sites half-assing it and the stupidity of people who spread the obvious jokes as real announcements and flood comment sections and message boards for weeks to come.
Still, looking forward to it.
