Little Orbit has announced “a multi-property game that will combine characters from Cartoon Network’s popular original series”, a new Adventure Time title, and Falling Skies mobile game for consoles.
Pure Nintendo: "n a nutshell, Falling Skies is a game that fails to engage the player. Cut scenes are animated poorly, graphics, with their dull textures are dated, and these elements will really take the player out of the story. It’s true that there is some fun to be gleaned from the turn-based tactical game play, but at a $39.99 price tag it makes this game difficult to recommend even to fans of the show. If you do enjoy the show or are a fan of the turn-based tactics genre, it’s best to wait for this game to go on sale."
A Tactical Strategy RPG Based on TNT’s Popular Post-Apocalyptic Sci-Fi Drama
Little Orbit, a worldwide video game publisher, today announced that the game based on the popular TNT sci-fi drama,Falling Skies, has launched and is now available at retail on Xbox 360™ and PlayStation®3.
Outside Xbox: Falling Skies: The Game adapts sci-fi television show Falling Skies into a turn-based strategy game which closely resembles a downmarket XCOM: Enemy Unknown. See Falling Skies' Tom 'Noah Wyle' Mason and his last-hope-for-humanity crew murderise Espheni alien invaders in a wood in this gameplay from an early mission in Falling Skies: The Game.
A crossover? Let's hope it's better than Super Punch Time Explosion (yep, sadly, I remeber that game).
Excellent! Punch Time Explosion 2? Whatever it is I sincerely hope it includes classic Cartoon Network characters like Buttercup, Johnny, and Courage
Yeah more Adventure Time...just what we need /s
How about a good old school game
I would love an Ed, Edd and Eddy game, Dextes Lab or Courage the Cowardly Dog. Maybe Freakazoid or Pinky and the Brain.
I would say a fighting game like Cartoon Network: Punch Time Explosion but the game was full of all the crap Cartoon Shows they have on now. Hardly any nostalgic characters at all. I really hate how people say theres some CN shows which are just as good as the old ones when really there's not, they don't even come close to them.
Give Adventure Time to someone who actually makes video games.
How about a GOOD game of Regular show? A Simpsons Hit & Run style game would suit it perfectly.
